Intensive Outpatient Program

We offer individual therapy services to address multiple issues including, but not limited to Trauma/PTSD, Substance Abuse and Relapse Prevention, Healthy Relationships, Parenting, Anger Management, Depression, Anxiety, and Grief & Loss. The Members diagnosis may or may not include co-occurring disorder such as anxiety, depression, or PTSD. The LIB curriculum will be used as a component in an eclectic approach to treating co-occurring mental health and addiction disorders in combination with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and additional evidence-based practices.

 

SAIOP Program at SonderCare consists of three weekly sessions for 12 weeks totaling 36 sessions. Classes are held every M, W, F from 9am-12pm. Group rules are discussed and agreed upon at the beginning of each session. Being more than 15 minutes late for any session, for any reason will result in an absence from that session and participant will not be allowed to attend that day. There are no exceptions allowing participants to attend only 1 session per week. Absences from two consecutive sessions or five total sessions during the 36-session period will result in restarting program.
